Position Title- System Engineer.
• Working as a support and services to the software professionals as per their sites and project requirement. Installation and administration of Windows Server 2000, XP. I maintained the infrastructure, networking and communication facilities to ensure efficient inter-office communication like email, Internet, FAX, Printing, sharing,. Etc. Routine responsibilities include configuration of e-mail, hardware upgrade and Software installation, Windows and troubleshooting, network printing setup, attend breakdown calls, regular data backup/ restoration, downloading software updates, CD Writing, documentation of hardware, install and update antivirus, network layout and re-design, installation of OS, configuration of switches, maintenance of LAN / WAN and TCP/IP configuration and management.
• The job also involved trouble shooting the problems and resolving them for different client computers onsite and in office. These problems includes software and hardware malfunction, repairing and reinstalling corrupt software Configurations, troubleshooting systems and upgrading hard drive and assembling of machines, installing Windows 2000, XP, Server on fresh machines and repairing the installations Worked on troubleshooting network related problems, crimping Cables of RJ-45 Connector.
