Job tasks:-
1- Obtaining all contracting shapes ( Contracts – Subcontracts – agreements – addendums) according FIDIC.
2- Supervision for contract sector works.
3- Follow up contracts revision (material – finance – legal – concerned dept. – QHSE).
4- Complete revision for tendering process during contracts preparation.
5- Making all required negotiations required for works.
6- Studying presented claims from contractors.
7- Preparing contracts data base required for contracts section.
8- Updating contracts filling and making required procedure to safe contracts.
