I have hands on experience of complete polymerisation(pakistan petro chemical / manufacturers of polystyrene and grades) processes including control room operation, continuous stirred tank, reactors, plug flow reactors, mixing tank rubber dissolver tanks, additives and batch mixers, storage tanks, additionally I have experience of handling cooling systems, plate coolers condensers, heat exchangers, steam boilers, vacuum systems, centrifugal and gear pumps, gate valves, ball valves, globe valves, pneumatic valves, temperature control valve, flow control valve, directional control valve, moulding machine, finishing line, extrusion dies, water bath, air dryer, vibrating pellet screeners, lubricators, air blowers, storage silos.
My duties include operation of plant and maintenance of log sheets. Testing and quality control operations.
Start up and shut down procedural operation, laiason with maintenance electrical packaging and utility departments, application of safety drill of fire fighting procedures.
