To gain the position of an industrial electrical engineer/electrician/operator, where I can make use of my expertise and experience in handling power plant operation and maintenance / repairing tasks in a prestigious organization.

• Supervising and monitoring operation through Distributed Control System panel (DCS, ABB) and from field of steam turbine generator [2 X 10 MW, EHNK, NUVO PIGNONE], waste heat boiler, 2 nos. package boiler (90 T/H X2), natural gas compressor [250 kg/cm2, CERCO], duel fuel engine generator [4 MW, Gas and Diesel, WARTSILA], diesel engine generator [1 MW, FG WILSON], and also power plant auxiliary units, such as : raw-water [from deep-well] treatment plant, de-mineralization unit, effluent treatment plant, inert gas generator plant etc.
• Routine inspection of plant equipment and accessories. Accomplishes the planning (work method statement) and estimation of resources (Manpower, Material and Equipment)) and scheduling of the plan of maintenance work (corrective, preventive and predictive) in liaison with all the internal departments.
• Indoor/outdoor sub-station, 6.6 KV vacuum type ckt breaker and LT air ckt breaker motor control center operation, troubleshooting. Protection and control relay monitoring testing etc.
• Electrical, mechanical and control system maintenance of engine, turbine, generator, steam generator, power ckt. breaker, motor, heat exchanger, oil filter, electrical distribution system and controlling, measuring and protective ckts, relays, switch and other associated equipment’s and electrical line distribution system in shift.
• Keeping computerized plant running and maintenance record.
• Responsible for analyzing water samples and add chemicals as needed. Control water level, dampers in boilers and fuel supply. Check the flow of stream to make sure about the generation of sufficient steam. Responsible for regulating flow of steam distribution system and maintain proper temperature of condensing and chilled water.
• Take a part, when accident occur, as a member of plant fire brigade and rescue team.
• Work order/permit issuing, maintenance cost analysis, keeping maintenance work history, auto generate work order for regular preventive maintenance of machineries and other plant maintenance management work and warehouse dealings (purchase requisition, store requisition, issuing & returning spare parts and tools) done by CMMS (MAXIMO) and SAP system.
• All document and engineering drawing keep up-to-date as process indexing, numbering, registering, and making archives as hard and soft copy.
• Reporting to Manager, Electrical.

Also basic knowledge about instrumentation and control equipment, P & I diagram, logic diagram, operation and safety of process technology etc.
