• Achievements in next cases:
1. Mazot pumping pump [INGERSOL RAND] high vibration in 2006 .Root cause analysis was performed using vibration analysis (Common Shaft Analysis Technique) & Pump rotor misalignment was detected. Complete unit dismantle & check for coaxial matching ( the 2 bearings bores were misaligned to each other & to casing, bent shaft, bearing bore & casing bushes were out of center ,pipe strain , shaft misalignment .Damaged parts cost 200000 EGP). [(New shaft, bushes, sleeves were manufactured locally), & (bearing bracket was bush rebuilt & machined to fix out of center problem (cost 20000 EGP)) & perform a laser alignment to fix shaft misalignment. Unit in service since 2008.
2. Setting a preventive maintenance program for [THE OIL DEWAXING UNIT (J200) pump maintenance department] by using the instruction manuals, available standards & the previous recorded maintenance data.
3. Improving the performance of the equipment of [THE OIL DEWAXING UNIT (J200) pump maintenance department] by setting a preventive maintenance program, intensive supervision to maintenance personal & good communication with THE OPERATION DEPARTMENT.
4. Improving the performance of the pumps of [THE SOLAR PUMPING STATION] .
5. The commissioning & the start up of [THE ULTRASPEC LASER ALIGNMENT SYSTEM] in2001 & performing a great number of alignment jobs for many types of equipment &training a great number of maintenance personal working .
