Development of PFD’s, P&ID’s, Piping Arrangement Plans, Plot Plans, Sections, Elevations, Piping Details, Pipe Support Details, Isometrics, MTO’s, and 3-D Cad Piping Models, 3-D Cad Civil Models, & 3-D Cad Structural Models.

Solid Bentley XM-Autoplant and AutoCAD 3-D Modeling Design expertise in various disciplines in the Petrochemical, Refinery, Marine and Offshore industries. Very proficient in Bentley XM AutoPlant 3D-Pipe R2007, Bentley Intelligent P&ID, NavisWorks Jet Stream, AutoCAD 2009 and MS Office product suites. Familiar with Intergraph Smart Plant Review for PDS Checking assignments. Have the ability to gather field data, prepare layouts, 3-D modeling, and finished drawings in all phases of piping, pipe supports, structural & civil designs including checking, bid packages and fabricaton drawings from conceptual studies to final design and as-builts. Familiar with national design codes and process piping standards. Significant design experience in mechanical piping systems and design related to new construction and / or retrofit projects. Development of 3-D Models either from conceptual layouts with minimal information during early stages of plot plan development to generating highly complex final layouts including plot plans for process units, off sites or utility areas. Function as a piping checker in Autocad and PDS environments at all levels of complexity. Run extraction programs for isometric and orthographic design files and material take-off purposes. Work well with Process and Project Engineers to accomplish assigned tasks.
