Process/ Field Operator

To be absorbed by a foreign entity that will develop more of my social skills and a place where I can share my knowledge and experiences as well.

• A mechanical engineering graduate with formal education and experience in process and mechanical engineering in oleo chemical plant with well management and leadership skill, excellent team player, possessed strong process discipline and great position for continuous improvement.
• With 10 years solid experience as field operator handling hydrogenation plant/ hydrogen gas plant.
• Knowledgeable and exposed to different plant processes and equipment such as pumps, compressors, centrifuge, decanters, reactors, furnaces, pressure vessels, blowers, heat exchangers, filter press, steam reformers, steam super heaters, flare and separators ( for alcohol and oil recovery ) and testing equipment such as pyrometer, dragger pump, explosimeter and O2 analyzer.
• Have knowledge in the amidation process for the batch production of Alkanolamide from coconut oil and methyl ester. Also familiar with the batch and continuous esterification process of coconut oil thus producing coco methyl ester and fractionation/distillation of methyl ester.
• Familiar with the different unit of operation that includes:
1. fractionation
2. distillation
3. separation
4. esterification
5. filtration
6. dehydration
7. neutralization
8. deodorization
9. dowtherm boiler/ steam boiler
10. vacuum ejector operation
• Can troubleshoot, start up and shutdown a process with high regard to preventive measures, process optimization process.
• Knowledgeable in handling and operating equipments such as pumps, compressor, steam reformer, fatty alcohol hydrogenation-High Pressure Area, fatty alcohol hydrogenation-Low Pressure Area.
