Synopsis:

A dedicated and competent professional, I have extensive technical knowledge and hands on approach to delivering effective building services installations, project management, construction management and consultation. Capable of working in a demanding and pressurized environment, I have gained a wealth of knowledge over a wide range of disciplines and have a good working knowledge of international and U.A.E. legislation.

With 17 years experience in the construction industry, of which 12 years spent within overseas / international postings on large scale projects. I have developed excellent communication and managerial skills. I proactively approach construction projects with the project team, to make sure we manage projects, ensuring successful delivery through efficient and effective implementation of time, cost and quality processes, whilst maintaining the commitment to achieving the deliverables required. I am capable of communicating with all levels of the workforce and senior management to achieve these goals.
Brief description of experience includes project management, construction management, engineering and supervision of the following building service. Electrical installation, Inspection, testing, commissioning and Design of a wide range of works including HV/MV/LV/ELV, electrical transmission and distribution networks, sub stations, data acquisition, scada systems, telemetry systems, security access control systems, BMS, BHS, PLC control systems, fibre optics, CCTV, SAS systems, Mechanical systems, HVAC, fire fighting systems, LPG, irrigation, Civil works and public health installations.
Ability and experience to manage preparation of short term construction planning, management and administration of site progress, facilitate technical coordination with project engineers / site engineers, manage the preparation and completion of testing and commissioning activities and the compilation of O&M manuals and ensure consultant approval for all executed works at site.
Supervise implementation of environmental measures, both during construction and upon completion, compliance with environmental and occupational safety requirements during installation works.
