WORK EXPERIENCE:-
1. DESCON Engineering Ltd. (May, 2008 – To date)
Currently Working as Project Planning and Control Engineer in Project Management Systems (PMS) department. DEL is Project Management, EPC, (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), Maintenance, Software Development, Mining, Chemicals and Trading applicable to a wide variety of sectors related to Oil & Gas, Industrial plants, Power, Energy and Infrastructure development for which services are provided selectively or on turnkey / EPC basis.
Job Responsibilities:-
•Prepare project plans, development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Control Regime for execution in line with project over all schedules.
•Cost Controlling and preparing LF Plans after performing BCTC (Balance cost to Complete) with respect to Budgeted/actual revenues & costs.
•Coordinate with Project team in all activities of Engineering, Procurement & Construction.
•“Planning and Scheduling” of the project.
•Critically monitor execution, and to suggest appropriate and timely corrective action for achieving of project objectives and targets.
Projects Taking Care:-
•EPC for OSBL works for Transasia Oil Refinery Ltd. Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan
•6.1 Million Man Hours (Capacity: 100K BPD)
•Construction of Steel structures and piping for Offshore Associated Gases (OAG-1), Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Ltd (ADGAS), Abu Dhabi-UAE.
•1.52 Million Man Hours
•Descon Manufacturing Business Areas working in Lahore, Karachi (Pakistan) & Hamriyah FZE Sharjah, Al Ruwais (UAE)
2.Massey Ferguson (Millat) Tractors Ltd.
(October, 2005 – May, 2008)
Worked as Assistant Manager (Technical i.e. Projects, Research and Product Development/Procurement Sections).MTL is leading and progressive organization in Automotive Sector of Pakistan engaged in the manufacturing of agricultural tractors (Massey Ferguson).
