Location : Bautino marine base – Mangistau region, Bautino.
Duties Assign:
Support the maintenance of Integrated Management System documentation, which consists of a manual, procedures instructions & records, within framework of relevant Corporate & District policies, plans, manuals & procedures, & in compliance with the relevant parts of the reference standards ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 9001;
Support Head of MS Coordination in activities to implement the CMS including QMS, EMS & OHS MS;
Support Head of MS Coordination in activities to maintain ISO 14001, ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 certification for different sites & processes in line with Corporate Certification Strategy;
Supporting internal promotion & roll-out activities aimed at improving the awareness of HSE&Q Management;
Ensuring that all documentation prepared jointly with Agip KCO personnel comply with Agip KCO standards & Kazakh legislation;
Participate in Internal Audits/gap analysis (procedure/instruction compliance &/or improvement audit).

Excellent in Computer knowledge to dealing with PC;
Very good knowledge of OS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, AutoCAD, MathCAD and Internet Explorer. Excellent in using many of the computer software, and have a lot of experiences dealing with software and hardware problems;
Valid driving license: permitted category “B";
Software applications normal user: EDMS (Electronic Documentation Management System), SMARTrack (Action Management) system, SAP system.
