• Liaise with designs services, transfer the methods, and complete the detailed specifications for modifications. Feedback information to the head-office services.
• Animate daily meetings. Promote the QHSE objectives and challenges.• Coordinate managers responsible of quality, documentation, procurement, logistics•
• Report to the customer daily and performs an efficient reporting (curves, graphs, ratios…), audit the planning, analyse the delays costs and reports curves, ratios… (Project resources : up to 800 people and diversified)•
• Controlled the costs, optimize the quality , verify the fabrication methods, the reports of inspectors (welding, non-destructive controls), the documentation, the drawings as built• Animate the daily meetings with contractors, supervisors, the QHSE services
