Procurement and Contract Specialist

To seek a challenging position in the procurement field for oil and gas projects

Participation in contract negotiations; preparation of procurement strategies and tender documents; making requests for quotations and comparison of proposed prices; evaluation of bids and preparation of tender results; drafting of contract provisions; supervision of issues related to customs clearance of imported goods; arrangement of tenders on supply of equipment/materials/vehicles; assistance in provision of supporting documents related to payment under the contracts; control over fulfillment of contract obligation; ensuring timely procurement and delivery of goods and services in accordance with required specifications; control over documents related to procurement (service and material requisitions, contracts, quotations, certificates etc.); market research and analysis for preparation of bid evaluation basis; control over delivery of purchased goods according to approved schedule;
Preparation of bidding documentation for international tenders for construction of water supply facilities and supply of equipment; progress Payment Control related to projects implementation; procurement and supply of the items requested from the Sites; monitoring of implementation progress at the Project Sites; Logistics and Transportation Support; negotiating contracts with local and foreign suppliers; sequential interpretation of business meetings and translation of all incoming and outgoing documents; providing travel and interpretation support to General Director in business trips; office maintenance;
Preparing and conclusion of the General Frame Loan Agreements between banks; preparing other agreements concerning interbank relations; preparing/translation of administrative documents and letters; preparing documentation for upcoming meetings with the Representatives of foreign banks
