ľ Evaluation of plant technical problems related to instrumentation and control.
ľ Reviewing and finalized all daily reports, work schedules, requirements need such as manpower and equipment on the job site
ľ Responsible for conducting the meeting with contractor to resolve the project issue.
ľ Follow up the contractor to check the progress to be as per schedule and standard procedure.
ľ Analyzing & freezing the design specification for installation & commissioning of instrumentation equipment.
ľ Identification of standardized equipment for project proposals, determing costs & preparing of estimates.
ľ Reviews the Bill of Quantities prepared by Design Consultants and Contractors and ensures that in accordance with drawings and specifications.
ľ Preparation of Bill of Quantities based on Drawings and Specification
ľ Reviews the Change Request / Contract Trend Notice / Variation Order / Claim etc.
ľ Updates the Change Request and Trend Notice log on daily basis and relevant cost categories.
ľ Prepares and reviews the forecasts for the final project costs
ľ Reviews final account, assets registers and project close-out reports for compliance with Contract requirements.
ľ Checks the monthly progress payment applications submitted by contractor and verify the amount, unit rates and progress percentages in accordance with the contract
ƒæ With Subcontractor QS,„X carry-out actual physical measurement and sample checks for any particular work, such as; E&I Cables, instruments.
ľ Sub-Contract Manager in the review, cost/rates analysis and evaluation of Subcontractors submitted Identification of Change (IOC) and Change Order Proposal (COP).
ƒæ Interface with Project Cost Controller in the update of„X project cost forecast.
ƒæ Prepare cost estimate and proposal for„X identified Change Work Order (CWO)/Change Request (CR) reflecting impact schedule, if any, in accordance with Contract Clauses, Provisions and Schedule of Rates for review and approval by the Client
