JOINT OPERATIONS (KGOC/ CHEVRON) at WAFRA OIL FIELD is an on shore oil field company which operates in Partitioned Neutralized Zone of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Joint Operations explore process and transfer 550,000 Barrels/ day crude oil from 750 wells of 8 reservoirs namely 1st Eocene, 2nd Eocene, Maestrician, Wara, Hara, Humma, Ratawi and Burgan spread over 4 oil fields of Wafra, South Umm Gudair, South Fuwaris and Humma.

Commissioned Steam Flood and carryover into operational as Lead shift operator. Co-ordinating with Kharafi National W.L.L and GE-Ionics Resources Conservation Company crew for piping and tank erection. Co-ordinating with DCS personnel’s for making inter locks and process sequence
2) Co-ordination of all pre-commissioning, commissioning and Start-up activities operating like ONCE THROUGH STEAM GENERATOR (OTSG) maximum 1800psi operating pressure (10 & 25 mm Btu/hr) Thermal EVAPORATOR with Vapour compressor equipment operating site and off site includes Remote-Radio controlled pump sets; Oil and water (IGF) separator; chemical dosing units; shell and tube heat exchangers; Thermal De-aerator; High pressure and low pressure steam separators; Production oil well casing gas collector; Proguage Automatic well tester; Flare 5’’ W.C; Compressed Instrument Air unit ; and Emergency power backup diesel generator.
3) Enhance oil Recovery method by steam injecting in carbonate Eocene 1 reservoirs; Steam distribution to the injection wells @ BACK PRESSURE 650PSI; first Plant in Kuwait which is producing distillate by using evaporator technology to inject steam to increase Reservoir Temperature
4) Operation all plant unit through automated with ALLEN BRADLEY P.L.Cs & RS Logix
