Chief engineer

To maintain field production and injection rates at target levels by ensuring the continuity of well hookups and related projects in line with requirements of subsurface direction.

Project management of:
•Engineering, construction, pre commissioning and commissioning of more then 70 wells with advanced technology from 2002 to 2008 (oil producer with gas lift, gas injector, water injector, and water producer).
•Construction of an oil export pipeline, 12 inches diameter and 72 km length.
•Construction of a gas pipeline, 14 inches Diameter and 35 km length.
•Repair of pipelines using hot tap and stopple operations.
•Realization of a waste water pipeline network for a city of 10000 people.
•Revamping of 05 oil separation units with a total capacity of 75000 barrels.
•Reconstruction of 09 oil storage tanks and 03 water storage tanks (capacity 10000 & 3000 meter cube. roof fixed).
•Construction of 07 hangars (workshops 24 x48 meters).

•Management courses (project management, leadership, motivation, communication, meeting, goals, time management, etc...).
•HSE courses (safe behavior ,permit to work, personal protective equipment, risk management, risk assessment, root cause analysis, job safety analysis, confined spaces, work at height, irradiation, explosive environment, hazard of noise, electrical hazard, ergonomics , etc... ).
•Various subjects (welding metallurgy, welding, composite materials, corrosion, cathodic protection, NDT, water treatment, Hazop, accounting, budget etc...).
•Computer (Ms Project, word, excel, outlook, power point, AutoCAD).
•CAESAR II 5.10, PV Elite, PDMS version 11.6 SP1 and HYSYS software.
•Hot tapping and Stopple operation.

•Qualified professional engineer with nearly twenty years extensive experience in the oil and gas industry.
•Demonstrated abilities in executing well hook ups projects including engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning pases.
•Providing technical assistance for new projects, existing off-sites upgrades, repairs.
•Solving day-to-day plant problems using own experience
•Manage construction facilities & off -site modifications to enhance performance, reliability and safety.
•Relevant experience of piping material and procurement planning.
•Knowledge of piping design and stress analysis using PDMS and Caesar II software.
•Good knowledge of Pipeline and Piping Specification, Isometric.
•Familiar with Standards and codes API5L, API1104, API6D, API600, API563, ANSI/ASME B31-3; B31-4; B31-8; VIII; IX.
•Experience in Hot Tap, Stopple operation; hydro test, NDT, WPS.
•Traveled in Dubai, France, Belgium and Spain for factory acceptance test and for others business
