„X Prepare bids for capital sales (Shale Shakers, Screens, tanks, agitators, pumps ¡K)
„X Develop strategic initiatives for new technology deployment & evaluate new technologies for integration into existing product lines.
„X Develop and plan drilling fluids projects for customers,
„X Acquiring market intelligence from ongoing operations.
„X Provided onsite technical assistance when needed.

„« 2004 ¡V 2005: Technical Project engineer. I was in charge of technical support for the operations and bids preparation for drilling and completion fluids for all Algeria drilling operators. Assist sales and operations groups.
„« 2003 ¡V 2004: Project Engineer position for multinational customers and I was in charge of coordinating drilling fluids bids preparation and some special projects such as mud plant design, new technology implementation. Using all MI mud engineer software to the benefit of the client. The software includes One-Trax, Virtual Hydraulics, PCMOD, Oneplan etc.
„« 2002 ¡V 2003: Office based Senior Drilling Fluids Engineer.
„« 1998 ¡V 2002: Sales Field Engineer (drilling fluids) on different onshore Algerian Desert rigs rotating 28x28 days,
„« 1991 to Feb. 1998: Chemical Research Laboratory (State Research Center), Algiers.The work consisted on preparing and characterizing polymer resins for heavy metals extraction and water treatment.

„X Followed 5 years (1985 ¡V 1990) Chemical Petroleum Engineering in the Algerian Petroleum University

Proactive & team oriented, engineer/manager with excellent leadership, communications, planning and problem solving skills. I have been working for MI SWACO since 1998.
I have broad experience in preparing bids (technical & commercial offers) in drilling fluids, solids control, waste management and capital sales (solids control equipment). Among my achievements in tendering for drilling fluids won a USD 267 millions project in Algeria and waste management project with a value of USD 23millions for 03 years contract period with SONATRACH (Algeria national oil company).
