Studying order, making developed pattern for all items using computer Program AutoCAD (2D+3D) + Auto lisp + Preparing Material List and any details in the Order.

Company: Badr Petroleum Co. (Bapetco).
Position: maintenance mechanical power engineer.
Department: mechanical department (operations).
Activities:
- Receive duties from mechanical supervisor for repair/overhauls and maintenance problems of centrifugal pumps, fan coolers, centrifugal compressors, relief valves(pilot operated or spring loaded), ball valves and mechanical seals.
- carry out laser alignment for horizontal & vertical centrifugal pumps, pulleys alignment for the fan coolers.
- Check spare parts availability for required jobs and receive from material store.
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance routines.
