2011-2014 Sandvik Mining and Construction (Canada) & (Austria) In China, QC & Fabrication Supervisor
I monitor the QA Management System by inspection, to determine compliance with regulatory, legislative and client requirements, Evaluate specifications, inspection and test plans. I am a Liaison with SANDVIK, the Client & sub-contractors to ensure that actual, or potential QA problems are resolved in a limited time. Ensure that work quality and welding techniques are of a standard that meets with the Project specifications.
2010 - 2011 Foster Wheeler Atlas Engineering, Cherokee consultants, and LLP (Apache) (offshore) I work As a client representative/Inspector, for major oil and gas company’s, on pipe lay, dive boats, construction, P & A, platform Installation and de-commissioning projects, structure and pipe. (NO ACCIDENTS)
2007-2009 Bechtel Engineering, (China) Shanghai, Supplier Quality Supervisor – Assignment (15 months). I supervised the administration of procurement Supplier Quality. I monitored the activities of the 18 Chinese Area Supplier Quality Specialists through report review and shop surveillance reports. (No accidents)
2000-2007 Lowe Offshore International, LTD., and Atlas Engineering, USA/Gulf of Mexico, Field Representative- Inspector for construction of pipelines on land and offshore. I represented major oil companies including Nippon, Shell, Kerr McGee, Houston Oil Exploration, Pogo, and Apache in different locations in the Gulf of Mexico. All of the jobs consisted of either/or construction on an oil platform, in which I made sure the contractor or sub contractor performed the tasks as described in the work contract, documented time, materials, work completed, weld and QC Inspection. 2006 Zachary Caddell Joint Venture, Beijing, China. Welder/piping & QC Supervisor - I received a Top Secret security clearance, in the construction of US Embassy in China.
2000-2005 CMSI-Competitive Management Systems Inc. USA/Gulf of Mexico, Inspector. I was an Inspector for construction and Pipe Line operations, onshore and offshore. The same job responsibility as the previous Inspector job, along with representing the oil company’s in Pipe Lay operations on Lay Barges. I also monitored, delegated, and enforced OSHA safety standards and regulations.
