Professional Experience
• Ensure that all necessary aspects of process safety are defined in the Design Basis Memorandum and further ensure that these requirements are adhered to by the team members during all phases of the research and design. Performed JSA, risk assessment, hazard analysis, safety audits, fire safety and emergency evacuation plan at work place. Maintained an excellent safety records, ten years accident free, in the R&D and pilots lab.
• Served as a project leader, responsible for the development of electroplating processes for interconnect Technologies, including High Speed DC process and Microfill EVF process, the NPI Award Winners for one of the best innovation in 2009. This product has offered a solution for Microvia filling. Driven by the need for increased speed and portability of consumer electronics, Microfill EVF offers end users unmatched production flexibility and high volume manufacturing. I managed day to day operations to develop these processes, since the project requires much more hands-on supervision to stay on track and on time. Implement changes when and where needed. Identify and eliminate the causes of weekly completion failures. Deliberately evaluate project objectives, performance and results in order to flush out unfitted data. Improved project process by always seeking better approaches. Manage all aspects of process detailed design and liaison with colleagues in the Far East.
• Make technical presentations during the project to management, and other interested parties. Attend weekly progress meetings with other members of the R&D team and ensure that process problems and requirements that need input from other disciplines and departments are fully explained and expedited
