Professional Experience
More than fourteen years (seven years process engineering) and (seven years plant operations) experience in EPC and Oil and Gas environment.
The experience includes:
·Process design of gas dehydration and sweetening units
·Ethane and hydrocarbon dew point recovery using propane refrigeration system
·Upgrading of crude oil production and pumping facilities
·Enhanced oil recovery using CO2 near miscible flood development
·Development of centrifuge retrofit system and water storage system
·Process simulation, development and optimization using Hysys software
·Development of block flow diagrams (BFD’s), process flow diagrams (PFD’s) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s)
·Sizing and rating two phase, three phase horizontal and vertical separators and treators
·Sizing of process plant piping, pumps, compressors and heat exchangers
·Performing single phase and multiphase hydraulics using Pipephase and Excel Spreadsheets Programs

Process Engineer for 100 MMSCFD CO2 Compressor Addition Project
Prepared design basis memorandum and performed simulations runs using Hysys software for different cases and varying gas compositions
Calculated material balance and provided process inputs for developing material selection diagram table (MSD)
Developed IFC (issued for construction) process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
Carried out preliminary sizing of air cooled heat exchangers using HTRI software, prepared process data sheets and finalized configuration (as per API 661)
Sizing of pressure safety valves (PSVs) for blocked flow and fire case conditions as per API 520
Prepared equipment and line lists that includes size of equipments as well as process design and operating conditions
Sizing of tri-ethylene glycol heat medium system including expansion vessel, pump and heater for winterization of aerial coolers and piping tracing etc
Participated in process and utilities P&IDs design reviews conducted by third party and prepared Hazop action items report
Attended technical meetings with vendors and client for the selection of equipments
