Provide leadership and supervision at the wellsite for Schlumberger Logging While Drilling and Formation Pressure While Drilling; solely responsible for a revenue of +/- 500, 000 dollars per job for Schlumberger. Ensure that excellent service quality is delivered to client to ensure business repeatability.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead and manage D&M operations at the rig site;
• Fully responsible for pre-job planning and mobilization;
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients to ensure repeatability of business;
• Ensure all client deliverables (logs, digital data, and reports) are delivered on time and meet client and Schlumberger standards all the time;
• Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well site;
• Maintaining good communication with the Client’s well site representatives, rig crew and D&M field support staff;
• Active participation in knowledge sharing with cell members;
• Ensure all D&M reporting requirements are fulfilled accurately and on a timely basis;
• Follow up failures with the maintenance team and ensures failure reports are closed with clients;
• Ensuring final end of well deliverables are quality controlled and delivered to the clients on time;
• Ensuring post job reviews are conducted with the manager and cell members;
• Compliance with all Schlumberger SQ, HSE and IT standards as require
