Description of work:
First: the work before printing process:
• Planning and systematization the jobs according to priority of operation conditions of machine.
• Preparing of printing plates and make check on suitability for operation.
• Make check on type of required ink necessary to printing process for any job.
• Make check on all variables of papers (fibers, sizes, weight…)
Second: the work during printing process:
• Censorship comparison with standard sample colors.
• Responsibility of make standard sample color during printing.
• Monitoring the degree of colors through check list for quality.
• Observation of printing production as long period of operation.
• Reducing cessation periods of machine to avoid interruption production.
• Preparing a daily report related to the production conditions and includes any problems that my occurred another time.
• Preparing a daily report related to status of machine until to be able to repair or make maintenance for failure parts to continuation of production.
