I am experienced in different type of cuisines, but my moto is that only good spices (ingridients) make the exact cuisine. Also I am good at confectionery: making cakes, sweets and serving tables, preparing for banquets.

I have been working for Irish Ferries on the “HSC Jonathan Swift”,fast craft of a capacity of 800 passengers and crew , between Dublin and Holyhead for almost three
years and hold the position of Chief cook.

While managing a dedicated team and running the whole galley area,which feeds 3 bars
and a restaurant which up to four sailings a days, my duties also include checking
deliveries and looking after all stocks and order for the vessel.I am also responsible for all HACCP and ISO procedures,Health and Safety and staff issues in this area. Worked also on search, cargoships from1996 yrs.

Afterwork I am keen on fishing, gathering mushrooms in the forest or doing sports. Also, I like spending time on computer or carving on the wood.
