I have been working for Irish Ferries on the “HSC Jonathan Swift”,fast craft of a capacity of 800 passengers and crew , between Dublin and Holyhead for almost three
years and hold the position of Chief cook.

and a restaurant which up to four sailings a days, my duties also include checking
