Wireline Instructor, British Training Centre, Livingston UK (Aug 2007 - Present)
- Use extensive specialized knowledge and training gained in the field as a wireline engineer in open and cased hole services to develop new recruits.
- Run and organize individual engineering, technical and client schools.
- Control, coach and appraise trainee’s performance during their training, including identifying below standard performance and behavior.
- Coordinate all activities, schedule, logistics, evaluation and development of assigned class.
Accomplishment:
Responsible for re-structuring the training course for new wireline engineers.

General Field Engineer, New Iberia, LA USA (Jan 2007 – Aug 2007)
- In charge of the financial aspect of building a pressure testing facility for Well Head Pressure Equipment.
- Lead engineer of 4 Wireline trucks.
- Supervise logistics, wellsite operations and client relations.

Accomplishment:
Created a business plan for a Well Head Pressure Testing and Training facility in Oklahoma City to serve the entire US Land East Geomarket.


Senior Field Engineer, New Iberia, LA USA (Oct 2002 – Jan 2007)
- Perform Wireline Reservoir Evaluation contracts in Louisiana and Texas.
- Responsible for $2 million in assets.
- Manage a crew of 13 operators.
- Responsible for the quality and safety of the service delivered at the well site
- Radiation Safety Officer (2004 – 2006).
- Promoted to Senior Field Engineer in June 2004
- Promoted to Field Engineer in June 2003.
Accomplishments:
Field test of XPT (Express Pressure Testing) in the area of South Louisiana.
Organized and modified radiation bunkers in regulation with NRC (2006).
BP engineer for high pressure and temperature environments (2004 – 2006).

Research Assistant, Caracas Venezuela
- Simulation engineering in the area of Computer Fluids Dynamics.
- Calibrate and service flow sensors for INTEVEP.
- Prepare presentations and consulting solutions for INTEVEP.
Accomplishment:
Built and evaluated a prototype of a Helicoidal Multiphase Fluid Separator for the Venezuelan technological Institute of Petroleum (INTEVEP).
