3.1 PETROBRAS / UN-RNCE / Unit of Treatment and Processing Fluids – UTPF / MIPF/ PCM

Position: Mechanical Engineer (Feb/2007 – In Process)

Developed Tasks:

- Planning and controlling the maintenance of the Gas turbines AUSTON SGT 200;
- Administration, specification and controlling the preventive maintenance of the Gas turbines AUSTON SGT 200;
- Planning and coordinating the maintenance of the centrifugal and alternative compressors like: DEMAG, WAUKESHA, NUOVO PIGNONE;
- Planning and attendance of the units intervention;
- Planning and attendance the certification project of the press vessels of the UTPF certificated by NR-13;
- Planning and coordinating the overhaul of the cooling system of the UTPF’s laboratory;
- Administration of the maintenance indicators of the MIPF;
- Elaboration of the maintenance procedures so that to attend the interventions in the big –compressors.

3.2 Brazilian Company of Drinks – AMBEV – FILIAL NATAL

Position: Mechanical Supervisor of maintenance (Fev/2005 – Jan/2007)

Developed Tasks:

- Administration of the predictive maintenance analysis;
- Administration of the available equipment system (GEAD);
- Administration of the maintenance budget (OBZ);
- Administration of the Failure analysis system (GEMAN);
- Coordinating the teamwork of mechanical maintenance;
- Administration of the Improvement group of the natural gas consumption (GMR – Steam);
- Administration of the maintenance module of the Process and Utilities.

- PROJECT REVAMP OF THE GTL UNIT – FISCHER TROPSCH – OF THE LPG / CT-GAS – Participating in developing of the basic Project (Electrical, Maintenance, Planning and controlling) – Contracted companies: JOULE ENERGY LTDA – September/08 – June/09;
- PROJECT FERMAT – Participating in developing the engineering drawings of the revamp of the Fermentation and Maturation unit of the AMBEV- branch EQUADOR. – 2007.
