Job Summary:
To install, commissioning and servicing for new industrial equipment in a new application. Perform Maintenance Program including: maintain, calibrate and system tune. Also perform troubleshoot, diagnose, repair or replace malfunction parts of equipment.

Function:
1. To ensure that all Installation and commissioning schedule is running on time.
2. To ensure all aspects of pre-installation requirement comply with the pre-installation manual and check list. Begin form the record of the specifications, electricity and environmental specifications, until equipment handling.
3. Perform inspection analysis and installation of the equipment.
4. Perform training and commissioning for checking expected output of the equipment.
5. Analyze customer samples and process all data for calibrations.
6. To ensures safe operation of equipment security and clean up of work area.
7. Inspects finished work for adequacy of accomplishment.
8. Collect instrument data logging for historical purpose, for analyzing and optimizing instrument status.
9. Update all data to main service office.
10. Provide working instruction of the equipment for user.
11. Implements and maintains preventive maintenance schedules.
12. Preparation of Job Safety Analysis for troubleshoot and diagnostic procedure.
13. Find out the solution and optimization of equipments malfunction.
14. Perform discussion and coordination with principal and user for the solutions.
15. To service malfunction instrument or equipment parts inside the system.

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation of Physics Science since August 30, 2003, Brawijaya State University, Malang, Indonesia. With GPA 3.23 (scale: 4)
