 Responsibilities of ( QA – QC)


• Visual inspection.
• Check electrode (H.T)
• Dye penetrant operator.
• lamination test operator
• Magnetic particle operator.
• Dimension check before welding.
• Follow up of welder's performance.
• Follow up (W.Q.T),(W.P.S) & (P.Q.R)
• Supervise piping & tanks erecting works.
• wetness for distractive test for welded samples
• Coordinator & Reporter for the (N.D.T) activities.
• Leakage test operator for the nozzles & manholes.
• Controller for the test package & final documentation.
• Vacuum box test operator to the tank bottoms and roofs.
• Wetness & reporter for hydrostatic tests for piping & tanks.
• Evaluation the welding repair percentage during the project.
• Identifying welded joints on isometrics and make it for (N.D.T)
• Controller for radiography inspection. Include (R.T) interpretation.
