Report to : Mechanical Electrical Superintendent
Job Description :
1. Preventive maintenance for power station or generator set Caterpillar 3508 , Komatsu EGS 1200 & EPL 125 , Olympian GEP 110 & GEP 150.
2. Preventive maintenance for electrical distribution system to processing of coal using crusher & conveyor system
3. Handling all system communication & IT in Port & Site area
4. Handling all electrical system in laboratorium in port & site area
5. Handing system balancing of coal in port & site area.
6. Supervise the contractor’s works including : installation, test-run and commissioning to ensure the accomplishment of works execution.
7. Supervise to all electrical foreman , electric technician, switchman, and genset operator to make sure the prosedur of electrical works.
8. Develop of system electrical to make production of coal efisien & safety.

May 2009 – Now Mechanical Electrical in PT. Riau Baraharum , Riau
Position : ME Superintendent
Report to : Port Manager
Job Description :
1. Planning, monitoring and ensuring the implementation of mining and port planned maintenance
2. Ensuring implementation of Plan Maintenance System
3. Coordinating with Port Manager for implementation Maintenance Technical Review
4. Carry out daily task, Maintenance Superintendent will be assisted by Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Engineer, Mechanic and Electrician.
5. To carry out or coordinate maintenance inspection minimum once a month (CAPEX & OPEX) and report the result to Port Manager to be discussed in coordination meeting
6. Verify damage or service needs and determine action to be taken for equipment brought to port and mine for repair or service.
