Civil Engineer

To obtain a position as a civil/ structural/ design/ construction engineer, QA/QC engineer/ supervisor/ inspector, deputy project manager or another. Developing working skills experience and knowledge

I. Structural Design
Comprehensive experience from design of concrete and steel structures. Good knowledge of static dynamic design principles and Russian/international building codes, computer based design tools.
Implemented works:
Production of civil structural design documentation (drawings of reinforced concrete structures and metal structures, building architectural drawings), structural analysis and detailing of structures and frameworks for several power plants’ buildings and facilities. Preparation of sketches and preliminary projects. Site design supervision and support of the civil structural construction.
Design and inspection of condition of residential buildings, drawing up conclusions on repair and reconstruction
II. Engineering Supervision and Execution of Civil Works
Extensive field experience in QA/QC inspection and supervision of civil works.
Verification and inspection of documentation, work, material, product (supervision, ensuring vendor’s QC/QA are carried out in an appropriate manner)
Some experience in welding and mechanical installation (oil and gas pipelines, steel structures, process unit equipment).
Implemented work:
Supervision of civil construction works to ensure time, costs, scopes, quality of implemented work correspond to contract, project and regulatory documentation and good construction practices, including:
Daily planning of works and reporting progress and conformity of works to HSE standards to superior management. Checking design (structural analyses, calculations, drawings, detailed project execution plans, operating process charts) and as-built documentation. Monitoring materials and equipment delivery in conformance with project schedule. Consulting of subcontractor on drawings and other project documentation as well as on construction technologies. Participation in commission accepting of works implemented, examination and evaluation of results of various tests (e.g. for quality and compaction degree of soil, concrete and rebar strength).
Partial project manager experience, e.g. planning and organizing construction process, coordinating human and material resources, communicating for resolving conflicts among various project participants, liaising with engineering
