. Development of erection philosophy, Allocation of work to different contractor in Rack Piping job.
• Monitoring of work from Receipt of GA’s / ISO’s to material receipt, erection, Welding, NDE clearance, Mechanical completion, Defining of Hydro test loops and its Completion with box up activities and Hand over to Operation Groups.
• Ensuring Quality of work as per standard Engineering Practices & Project Specification. As per International standard of ISO 9000-2000.
• Responsible for site engineering activities and provide technical assistance to the construction supervision team.
• Scheduled work activities and manpower requirements to meet completion dates
• Analytical studies of daily report, weekly report, and monthly report.
• Play an active role in the development of the safety culture and making safety a natural part of all work performed.
• Responsible in reviewing all test packages according to its system lines & all test block limits
• Identification, Assessments of all major work, risk analysis and preventive steps for safe operation, Motivation of Work force for insuring operational safety and maintaining Zero accident.
• Coordinated and supervised Fabrication.installation and allignment works in the area of structural, piping and involved Equipments as per mechanical engineering discipline for upgrading, maintenance and modification of the existing facilities.

• Team works Training for Existing Data of Piping Materials & their Features.

Offcourse i had worked for Refinery, Pertrochemical, and Tharmal Power plants in construction wing But I feel comfirtable, to resolve engineering Issues and having knoledge of detail engineering / Engineering Materials / codes and standards / Piping and equipment layout and Stress Analysis.
