Experience : Total 10 year experience as Control Room DCS operator
Presently working as a control room operator in Early production Facility(EPF) with Safwan Petroleum Technologies. Responsibility includes the operation and monitoring of the plant having a capacity of 170 MMSCF gas and 50 MBOPD oil. Familiar with Amine(MDEA) system,Vapour recovery system, Glycol system(TEG), Gas compression system and RO system. Having HSE certificate issued Kuwait Oil Company
Experience includes
• Amine treatment system
• Glycol treatment system
• RO treatment system
Nature of work :-
 monitoring and operate all field equipment in a safe and efficient manner ensuring uninterrupted and efficient operation
 To carry out field functional tests and trouble shooting as per schedule
 Issuing work permit for the equipments
 Start up and commissioning of the plant
 Preparing log sheets and other records
 includes monitoring and calibration of instruments
 Ensuring smooth operation and handover report to next shift.
