• Preparation of monthly accounts & to submit to Controller Finance for review.
• Data analysis on monthly basis. (Balance sheet, Profit & loss account monthly, quarterly & annual comparisons.
• Accounts payables aging & payments control.
• Accounts receivables aging & correspondence with customers to pay in time.
• Fixed assets updating & record maintenance.
• Prepaid schedules.
• Accrued income & accrued expenses schedules & accounting.
• Staff benefits, annual leaves, air tickets & end of service calculations & record maintenance.
• Provisions for Staff benefits.
• Data uploading on Hyperion Financial system WFT Financial Management software.
• Department wise internal reports to management, controller Finance & some time to head off
