Duties
Co-ordinating of the daily helicopter flight program for the personnel working on the field
Booking of the passengers, Updating POB list, T-Card system, Muster Stations, Meal tract sheet and Log Books.
Attending /Giving instructions to the arriving Supply boats and Acid Boats etc.
I am responsible for the operation of GMDSS system consisting MF, HF, VHF radio with DSC unit.
Checking & maintenance of EPIRB, SART, and GMDSS Portable Emergency radio.
Other Duties
Attending Telephone calls in and out of the barge, Sending Faxes, E-mails and fillings.
Day to day communication to the personnel working on the platform using portable radio or intercom
In-charged of P.A system announcing for Chopper landing, HP test, Diving Operation, Perforation, Jacking procedure, calling of personnel etc.
Monitoring of leg load indicator, Barge elevation, H2S Gas Detector, And Fire Alarm System
Receiving Weather forecast and observations.
