Solely responsible for Maintaining 1 UNIX Server, 2 Windows 2000 Servers and approximately 120 workstations, printers, and other devices connected with T-1’s to multiple locations.
Maintain Telephone switch and equipment
Networking troubleshooting, maintenance, diagnostics and configuration.
All firewall, VPN and safety related activities
Help desk functions, installation of software, training, etc.
15 years working in a networked environment supporting PC’s, servers and AS400 connections and emulations
Extensive operating system administration experience, including Windows XP Professional, 2000 Professional and Window 98/95 and Windows Server OS’s, Mandrake Linux 9
Thorough knowledge of installing and configuring the Microsoft office suite of products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
Configure, install and maintain application software suites, anti-virus and other programs including I-Mail email software, Trend Micro Client/server suite Anti-virus software and Client Access for AS/400 integration
VPN connections, Sonicwall Firewalls, wireless integration,
Network LAN Hardware to include routers, hubs, switches, cabling, CAT-5 Termination
