Piping Engineer/Project Engineer/Mechanical Engineer

Nearly 8 years of experience in Oil, Gas, Steel & Infrastructure Industry in Construction activities dealt with EQUIPMENT ERECTION, START-UP & COMMISSIOINING of Piping, Structure and Equipment of Onshore Production Facilities and Steel Industries.

„e To co-ordinate, monitor, inspect the Discipline Field activities for the erection, installation and commissioning of Piping and Static equipment in accordance with Vendor equipment design and Specifications.
„e To ensure that the field activities are executed to meet all the requirements as laid down in project Specifications, Drawings, Procedures, Safety and Quality documents.
„e Estimate and execute Mechanical Equipment engineering activities during the pre-commissioning, commissioning and Initial start up within schedule whilst maintaining technical integrity and complying Work with Engineering, Construction and Start-up to ensure the physical and documentation requirements for the turnover of systems is defined, understood and agreed by all concerned.
„e Preparation of Equipment data sheets for vendor enquiry and Support vendor shop inspection activities.
„e Maintain the turnover packages from pre-commissioning to the time of turnover of the Project to the client.
„e Act as a liaison between Engineering, Construction, Start-up and Operations during turn over of systems.
„e Co-ordination with other construction disciplines for resolution of design interface problems and participation in plant design activities-3D Model, PDMS.
„e Supervise and review Engineering Contractor documentation during the execution of detailed design, procurement and, in a later stage, construction activities, ensuring the quality and cost control of the works according to the contract requirements, and guaranteeing that the project targets(timing, cost and quality) are correctly met.
„e Review and Development of P& IDs for Piping & Static equipment in lieu with site survey reports.
„e Set standards and expectations for staff, assignment and priorities and promote safety engineering culture amongst the staff and promote awareness of Major accidental hazards.
