seeking a challenge position that allow me to involve in the development of the(Oil,Petrochemical,Natural gas,projects)fields and assist me to enhance my skills and add to my experience,developing my knowledge in this field and proving my ability

•Develop Cost Control System tailored to the project scope and to the client needs.
•Participate in developing controlled budget & basis and projected cash flow within the scope of work.
•Participate in developing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in conjunction with the Planning Engineer.
•Set-up cost reporting system and formats, tailored to the project scope and to client needs.
•Record project progress, commitments and expenditures.
•Revise the project budget according to the approved changes.
•Conduct the other disciplines to get the data/information required to perform the cost control system.
•Prepare budget over/under run analysis & basis and report promptly the revised status and the recommendations.
•Trace and evaluate the deviations/potential deviations to the project scope, alarm the impact and update the forecast accordingly.
•Participate in issuing the change proposals/orders and log.
•Prepare and update the cost reports on regular basis, reflecting the cost status of project through the cut-off date.
•Carry out simple cost studies to support the project team decisions in the technical and the contractual matters.
•Evaluate the claims submitted by the client and advise accordingly.
•Prepare and issue the internal cost report on regular basis.
•Participate in Project review meetings.
•Keep custody and control on Cost Control files.
•Prepare and update the files of the historical data of the Cost Controls.
•Cost estimation for any required data.
•Steel structure erection (pipe racks, building).
•Steel structure fabrication (pipe racks, building).
•Piping works “ erection, fabrication”
•Erection of (Boilers, Equipment, Towers,).
•Calculation of Invoices according to Percentage of progress for projects.
•Prepare the Percentage of progress for projects.
•Project cost estimate and planning.
•Preparation of material requisition (MRQ).
•Technical & commercial evaluation for vendors offers.
•Preparation of project contracts.
•Preparation of material purchase orders.
