• Primavera and MS Schedule Scheduling and Project Management: Schedule design including durations, linking, budgeted quantities and costs, reporting , charting and follow up on activities status.
• Database Development: Developed detailed database for a very large housing project of 220 buildings, 2200 apartments and 300 villas, creating detailed fields, linking the progress of development organization with the objectives of sales and marketing organization.
• Conceptual Housing Model Development: Transformed a two dimensional architectural design into three dimensional, physical , model design (Maquette) of the whole project using the exact, proportionally reduced dimensions.
