Working experience in field of Oil & Gas which includes following activities:
• Material and heat balance calculations and generation.
• Pump hydraulic calculations and preparation of pump datasheets.
• Line hydraulics using in-house softwares & Pipesim.
• Heat exchanger design and rating using HTFS, HTRI.
• PSV sizing and datasheet preparation.
• Equipment sizing calculations and datasheet preparation.
• Development and validation of inhouse softwares for vessel sizing by using Shell DEP standards.
• Preparation of specifications for vendor packages such as Air compressor unit, Instrument air and Nitrogen generation, Potable water treatment, LP & HP Flare etc.
• Preparation of Basic and Detail Process Engineering related documents such as basis of calculations.
• Preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD).
• Preparation of Piping and Instrumentation diagram (P&ID) in compliance with various process philosophies.
• Preparation of Instrument Process Data Sheets (IPDS) and Line List.
