• Daily Inspection of the site/factory to identify the hazards associated with the work, if any, initiate appropriate measures to overcome them.

• Ensure the tool box meeting being conducted and any deviations that have been identified the previous day are projected in the meeting to avoid recurrence

• Coordination at site safety training, initiate corrective action.

• Conducting and participating in job safety meetings

• Coordinating near miss incidents, accidents, and its investigations and identify the root cause and organize or manage to take necessary steps to eliminate the danger and recurrence

• Coordinating the authority to ensure House keeping is done in regular basis.

• Coordinate first aid provisions, procure medicines, Work as a first aider etc.

• Ensure that the wastes generated from the work create hazard to the environmental and are segregated and disposed off as per the local rules and regulations.

• Ensure that safe working practices should be adopted for the erection works for the constructions and material movements and transporting, working at height , welding, cutting , spray painting, gas cutting, grinding, plant operations etc…

• Closely monitoring the electrical safety, all the activities , tool box meting, incident reporting, investigation etc. carried out PPE monthly inspection, Emergency procedures and emergency drills practices, Material Management.

• Carried out induction/safety induction training to new comers to the company

• Taking initiative to ensure the hygiene and welfare of the people etc.
