„± Maintenance (Preventive Maintenance, Condition based Maintenance & Breakdown Maintenance) & Operation of HT/LT Motors up to 6.6kV, HT/LT Switch gears up to 33kV, Power/Distribution/Lighting Transformers up to 10MVA, Battery Chargers up to 17.5KVA, Battery Banks up to 250Ah, Cathodic Protection Systems on tankages & Pipe lines, MoV¡¦s and Heat Treasing Systems.
„± Handling & Trouble shooting of electrical equipment like LT & HT motors, HT & LT Switch Gears, Power transformers (up to 10MVA), MCC, PCC, Battery chargers, Cathodic Protection systems, Motor Operated Valves and Heat tracing systems.
„± Commissioning and Maintenance experience of HT & LT Switchgears, Power transformers (up to 10MVA), MCC, PCC, Battery chargers, Batteries, EOT Cranes Package Units, Cathodic Protection systems, MOV¡¦s and Heattreasing system and HT & LT Motors.
„± Shutdown Maintenance experience of Transformer overhauling up to 16MVA, HT (VCB) Breaker overhauling up to 33kV, LT (ACB) Breaker overhauling (MAKE ¡V Siemens, CGL & L&T) and Enhancement and Modification of 16MVA transformer to 20MVA transformer.
„± Working with Power system protection equipments such as circuit breakers (SIEMENS VCB & ACB), Microprocessor Based Numerical Relays & electro-mechanical relays (MAKE - GE, ABB & SIEMENS)
„± Testing experience in Commissioning and Pre-Commissioning of various electrical equipments like HT/LT Motors up to 6.6kV, HT/LT Switch gears up to 33kV, Power/Distribution/Lighting Transformers up to 10MVA, Protection Relays ((MM30, MOTPRO and MCGG Thermal relays (BMR), TAN Delta for HT Motors, Partial discharge (PD) test of CT & PT, BDV test for Transformer Oil and Circuit breakers (SIEMENS, CGL and L&T).Battery Banks up to 250Ah, Cathodic Protection Systems on tankages & Pipe lines, MoV¡¦s.
„± Preparing maintenance schedule for transformers (Power, Distribution, Lighting), Motors (HT & LT), Panels (HT, LT and Lighting) through SAP system.
„± Preparing SMP & SOP for various electrical equipments, Preparing scope for Maintenance, Testing and services of electrical equipments. Identifying and Preparing CAPEX Budget for system reliability improvement.
