To utilize the fourteen years experince in the field of chemical engineering, and perform to produce the quality and quatity of work above the expectation of the employer and be a self satisfied person in all respects.

Lead a team of more than 300 employees which include Managers, Engineers and other skilled and semi-skilled workers and improved the fine chemicals production from 120 MT to 210 MT with in a short span of one year with the same set up as Plant Manager in a professionally managed company namely MERCHEM LIMITED.
Developed the product called Thifluzamide commercially in the plant, for the first time in INDIA. Also developed Pretilachlor, Profenofos Q grade while working as managerial cadre in the product development division in NAGARJUNA AGRICHEM LIMITED with in two years of working time.
Worked as Plant superindent and contributed to the growth from 80 Crores to 450 Crores during the working of 6 years in PESTICIDES LIMITED. During the time worked for the successful implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 in the company and received certificates of appreciation from the management.
Worked in the team of the successful commissioning of the CPC Blue project in HEUBACH COLOR LIMITED and took production with Bayer Quality standards.
Worked from scale up to commissioning of the liquid detergent project of RAMKAMAL CHEMICALS PVT.LIMITED as project Engineer and worked as assistant to the American consultant during the project work.
Presently working as Sr.Engineer in the upcoming project called INDIPCO. Also given the additional responsibility of Management Representative for the development of ISO 9001 which is expected to be completed by September 2009.
