Currently, as Refinery Shift Superintendent at Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company, I am one of the 8 Shift Managers who are in complete charge of shift operations of the plant entailing 7 units for the designated shift hours. My responsibilities include meeting of plant/process monitoring, troubleshooting, production schedules and emergency incident handling. The company is currently in the process of expanding plant operations by commissioning a second unit and I would be considered for handling that improvement project. I have been instrumental in successfully commissioning the FCC unit as well as performing major plant turn around thrice.
