Project and Planning Engineer

Seeking assignments in Project Planning/Management and Operations with an organization of repute preferably in Manufacturing, Installation/Process.

I) Working with ‘Sai Tools’, W-9(B), Addl. Ambernath M.I.D.C., as Project Engineer since Sept. 2008 to till date.

Job Responsibility:

Project cost analysis (profit / loss).
Project planning, scheduling & resource mapping with MS Project (Primavera)
Preparation of Management Information System (MIS).
Co-ordinate with all departments like Sales, Design, Procurement, Store, Manufacturing, Quality, Dispatch, Execution.
Co-ordination with Third Party Inspection, Sub-contractors.
Focus on Vendor Development.
Ensuring that the jobs are completed on time.
Maintain working environment as per ISO 9001:2000.
Take satisfaction feedback from customer.

II) Worked with 'Mulk Industries', Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE
as Asst. Mech. Engineer since June 2007 to Feb. 2008.

Job Responsibility:

Study the Enquiries from Customer.
Production tasks scheduling, monitoring & control.
Assisting in the procurement and supply of permanent and temporary materials/equipment as required
Observing & instructing the production as per customer requirement.
Implement 5S, kaizen and PDCA.
Delivered the product within period on customer site.
Take satisfaction feedback from customer.
During Project Visit:
‘Litong Aluminum Processing Company’, Shandong Province, China.

III) Worked with ‘Durabuild Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’ Ranjangaon M.I.D.C.,
Pune as Jr. Operating Engineer since Jan. 2006 to Feb. 2007

During Trainee period participated,

Erection & commissioning of ACP lines.
Installation & Commissioning of all utility.
Worked on each & every machine of ACP Line.
Implement the production as per customer requirement.
Handle shift production and quality.
Maintain discipline at shop floor.

IV) Worked With ‘Basu Engineering Product.’ Wadgaon Bk, Pune.
as Mechanical Engineer since June 2004 to Jan. 2006

Inspection of Casting & Machining Valves as per drawing.
Final Testing of the Valve Body.
Supervise & Control all shop activities.
