Construction Manager for Miri Crude Oil Terminal (MCOT) Rejuvenation
Project Phase 2, Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB), Miri – Sarawak - Malaysia

It’s responsible to solve the problems of all discipline (Civil, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument) until Mechanical Completion (MC) and Provisional Acceptance (PA). Inform to MMC (as PMC Engineering of PCSB) if any effect to design. Prepare manpower plan, productivity plan, equipment plan and control & monitor the productivity. Coordination and expedite the local sub-contractors (BWS, Real Sinar, Layun, Tech Centre, Kumus, Syarikat Sinar, Intestmal and Jurutera Sutra) to achieve the target day by day and every week report to Project Manager & PCSB. This report will be represented when weekly meeting. Conduct weekly meeting with local sub-contractors, internal meeting and also coordination meeting with commissioning team to prepare for start up.

It’s responsible to solve the problem of engineering and effect to design, fabrication, construction and evaluate the root cause. Review and approval field sketch and also checking field engineering instruction. Conduct internal meeting coordination (field engineering group) with the other division such as construction group, logistics group, and also external meeting coordination by Pertamina, ABB, and subcontractor (vendor /supplier) if needed. Assist construction superintendent for review and approve construction procedure to be proposed by subcontractor. To approve the final Bill of Material (MTO), bar bending, shop drawing, spool drawing. Monitoring all construction drawings, vendor drawings, procedure and specifications to manage file system, distribution & compile the documents. Prepare purchase material (requisition) at site (FPR) and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE) if needed. Prepare as built drawing to be approved by owner.
