Administrative Assistant

Provide immediate clerical assistance to the Manager, Superintendent, Engineers and Supervisor for the execution of jobs that need urgency, like typing, encoding, answering phone calls and replying e-mails, copying and mail distribution etc. Controlled, updating, safekeeping, and retrieving of pertinent documents like SOP, P&ID’s, plant / equipment drawings, purchase order, billings, memo etc. in accordance with filing list and maintain restricted confidential files in an appropriate manner as directed. Assist for preparation of technical presentation and different kind of reports (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual) using Microsoft Office i.e. MS outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access. Assist the Engineers and Supervisor to purchase materials through Purchase requisition SAP system and create notification, entering of timesheet, leave vacation, deputation and absences using SAP & ESS (Employee Self Services) system. Involve in the preparation for major plant shutdowns i.e. preparing Job Packages, Barcharts, etc.; and responsible for keeping track of invoices using a database. Making and updating Intranet or Portal website of the Department. Enter of monitoring tubes using Lims system and regular monitoring of Q, I (Quality Incident), A&I (Accident & Incident) and Near Miss Reports. Control distribution of keys, stationary, library books and routine checks of the furniture inventory. Responsible for P/M of equipment like photocopy machine, fax, computer etc

I graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing at the University of the Eas (Philippines) on June 1989 - October 1995.
