I have almost 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry as Supervisor, Inspector & QC Supervisor for Static & Rotating Equipment Installation & Inspection. I have broad knowledge API, Aramco, Borouge, QP, Shell DEP, PIP VEFV, Tema etc.

My areas of expertise are Preservation, Installation, Inspection & Verification of Rotating Equipment, Static Equipment, Vessel Internals, Air fin coolers, Surface condensers,structural, etc.

Experienced in preparation/verification of ITP, QCP, Method Statements, NCR, DR, ITR etc for the Installation & Inspection of Equipment.

Familiar with code & standards - API, Aramco, Borouge, QP, Shell DEP, PIP VEFV, Tema etc.

Familiar with Piping Test Pack review, Line walkdown and Punching, Pressure Test , documentation.
Inspection for Preservation of Equipment include N2 pressure, Sacrificial Anode installation, Desiccants / VPCI Powder, Telltale hole grease lubrication, Paint Damage, Closed condition of Flanges/openings, Grease lubrication of machined parts, Bearing housing oil level, Periodic shaft turn, Storing of Plunger & valve components, Space heater energize of motor, Storing of spare rotor & parts, etc.

Installation & Inspection for Rotary Equipment include Padding, Elevation, Position, Orientation, Levelness, Pre.shaft alignment, Run-out, Void, Surveillance inspection during erection and welding of Piping, Pipe Strain, Motor / Turbine solo run, Final shaft alignment, Prep. of Graph, P&ID Verification, Lube oil Flushing Inspection, Mechanical Running test, Completion of inspection records etc.

Installation & Inspection for Static Equipment include Padding, Elevation, Position, Orientation, Verticality, Levelness, Platform & ladder, Vessel Internal work, Leak Testing, Loading of catalyst, chemicals, Support balls, Vessel Box-up, etc.

Installation & Inspection of Air Fin Cooler & Air cooled surface condenser include Alignment of setting plate, structure, tube bundle, louver, shaft, pulley, Blade Angle, Tip clearance, Belt tension, pressure testing / Dew point inspection for tube bundles, solo run of motor, Completion of inspection records etc.

• 1999 - Training in API Recommended practice 686 – 1ST Edition 1996 for Machinery Installation & Installation Design by Hyprecision Hydraulik Pvt. Ltd. (Proj.Div.) Mumbai, India.
• 2000 - Training in Installation, Alignment & Inspection of Different type of Pumps & Comperessors by Bharath Pumps & Compressors Ltd., Kanpur, India.
• 2006 - Seminar & Training attended for Incident Investigation & Reporting by JGC ME FZE.

ABS Group Inc. (Ethylene Unit 2 Project, Borouge 2, Ruwais, Abu Dhabi).
EU 2 Project for Borouge is a Joint Venture of Adnoc & Borealis.

• As a Member of IPMT Resonsible to the Construction Manager.
• Review for approval EPC contractor’s QCP, ITP & Method statements.
• Assure EPC contractor and sub contractors compliance with project technical specifications. Approve any change to technical specifications.
• Field inspection of the installation & alignment of Static & Rotating Equipment with respect to the related standard, specifications, ITP & vendor manuals.
• Provide professional assistance to Project Management, Procurement & Project controls.
• Review NCR, DR, ITR & Field change documentation.
• Conduct Frequent Audit on material storage, Preservation, Construction, Inspection etc.
