Project: One Orchard Road . Three (3) 38-Storey residential condominiums, with a 5-level podium parking area and a 5-level basement parking area located at Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City.

 Represents the Project Management of Megaworld in the supervision and close monitoring of the construction. The tasks include among others: site inspection and monitoring contractor’s compliance with plans and specifications on masonry, painting, electrical, fire protection, mechanical, plumbing, and architectural finishes;
 Coordinates with contractors on the needed construction materials, and with suppliers on the delivery of ordered/purchased materials;
 Monitors proper inventory management, specifically on warehousing and material issuances;
 Conduct regular inspection on the contractors daily operation;
 Evaluates billings of general and trade contractors and prepare certificate of endorsement for approval of the CM; and
 Witness testing of works that includes sanitary, plumbing, fire protection, and waterproofing.
