Estimation Engineer - Mechanical

„« Quantity Take off, Price & Man hour Estimation for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting works & Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
„« Preparing the estimation with actual cost price in conjunction with specifications and reviewing the tender terms and conditions. Submitting the report to the management with all the details which are self explanatory.
„« Calculating quantities and types of materials to be used and work out timing costs and labor costs involved in the project.
„« Generating periodic Status & Cost reports for apprising management of project progress.
„« Overseeing the progress work and check that costs do not exceed the agreed amount; ensuring costs are kept to the agreed amounts.
„« Listing the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.
„« Material selection and submission to the consultant as per the specification for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting system
„« Responsible for coordinating planning for project activities and manage construction work including preparation designs / drawings, while ensuring compliance to quality assurance.
„« Involved in project planning and scheduling ensuring completion of the same within the defined guidelines.
„« Preparing the variation claims both cost and time by looking through the correspondence between project office and consultant/client and minutes of meeting of the project. Verifying the Site Instruction, Engineers Instruction and reply for the RFI from consultant to see is there any variation from the scope of work with respect to the original contract.

Design & Development
„« Preparing project engineering designs / drawings and technical specifications for smooth execution of projects within the time and cost parameters.
„« Heat Load Calculation, hydraulic Calculation for Pumps, Duct sizing, Pipe Sizing, Equipment Selection for the turn key projects.
„« Utilizing CAD programs for Evaluation of Technical drawings for HVAC & Plumbing System drawings.
„« Making modifications in the system & coordinating with customers for understanding their technical requirements & facilitating.
„« Coordinating the entire project development including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications and designing.
