Professional Experience
1. Overall Responsible construction, QA/QC and HSE activities.
2. Coordinate the activities between construction team and QA/QC team for project implementation as per the project requirement.
3. Ensure control of application processes in accordance with the pre-defined procedures / specification and effective implementation of all appropriate operational, Quality and safety activities.
4. Ensuring of achievement of defined milestones / schedules.
5. Responsible for overall manpower allocation and execution of the project as planned.
6. Coordinate with other disciplines of project like mechanical, scaffolding & painting for clearing common obstacles on released work fronts time to time for smooth execution
7. Ensure HSES standards implemented at site as specified in the project.
8. Reporting to site manager regarding day to day activities and requirement of men and materials, site related problems to solve the issues / requirements.
9. Conducting daily coordination meeting with site superintendent / site supervisor / foremen to improve / achieve the project requirement in respect requirement in respect of quality time of completion.
10. Responsible for control of wastage of materials on the jobs carried out ,
11. Representing construction department in weekly progress meeting with client.
12. Closely monitoring flow of permanent materials and keep control over wastage of materials and man hours as well.
13. Maintain good and healthy relations with all concerned of client / owner.
14. Responsible for IMS implementation at work site.
