Two years in Exploration Gas Team as an IP Seismic Interpreter
2003 – 2006 Exploration Geologist/Seismic Interpreter in Petroleum Development Oman. Initially started working on interpreting 2D and 3D data in various locations across North Oman for the purpose of regional studies focusing on deep gas prospectivity (mainly Haima Supergroup clastics e.g. Amin sst). It included identifying main reflectors, structural configuration and seismic ties with deep wells.
2006 - Production Geologist in Saih Rawl Gas Asset team following rig operation and execution of well delivery plan from location preparation to well completion. Updating geological model when required using Petrel.

SKILLS AQUIRED:
Regional knowledge of Oman stratigraphy, structural geology and deep gas prospects
Gained strength in various technical aspects of petroleum engineering form work and training acquired in PDO:
-Use of well databases, IT skills in MS Office software and GIS
-Using Petrel package to plan wells and update geological models
-Up to date HSE training
